First Texting and Driving but now Texting and Walking?

Of course JACK and Subaru of London ask you to Leave the Phone Alone while driving but now precautions are being put in place for people using cell phones while walking.

Tel Aviv has now installed special LED sidewalk lights at a busy crosswalk to alert distracted pedestrians or ‘cell phone zombies’ who never put their heads up of when to walk or stop.

This is to minimize accidents between vehicles and people who never stop looking at their phones at crosswalks by using striped lights that turn green and red.   If it works they will expand it to other crosswalks as well.
