Fitness is getting more and more creative in this day in age.

I love to try new and different ways to stay fit and be active. This past weekend a couple girlfriends and I gave POUND With Paula a try, and let me tell you…I’m day 2-post Pound Fitness, and I’m STILL sore!

Pound Fitness is cardio… with drumsticks! While you’re squatting and lunging, you’re hitting the mat hard with a pair of drumsticks.

It was a BLAST and Paula was so fun! Even though Plus, even though we were beginners, everyone was super friendly and never made you feel out of place or awkward if you didn’t get the proper drum hit or step.

Plus, you feel like a rock star as you hit the mat hard with your drumsticks and pop back up to hit that 1,2,3 in the air!

Oh and if you think you’re going to sweat…you are, just times it by 10. By the end, the sweat will be pouring from your body. (Sorry for that visual but it’s so true)
