Sting has just added 9 new stops to his upcoming “My Songs” North American tour. The frontman, songwriter and bassist of the Police will now be playing in the states of New York, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada this fall.

The tour kicks off on September 1st in Virginia and will come to a close on October 15th in Texas. He will be playing 22 shows in 45 days.

Unfortunately, we have no additional Canadian dates announced for this tour. Sting is already planning to visit Canada on September 5th to play at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage, and on September 29th to play Vancouver’s Rogers Arena.

Joe Sumner is the artist accompanying this leg of the tour- who also happens to be Sting’s son!
