Late on October 30th a London Transit Bus became the second vehicle to ever crash into the North London Neighbourhood Pet Clinic.   A security alarm notification was sent to owner, Brent Barr just before midnight, when he arrived at the clinic at Oxford and Waterloo Barr found a full sized LTC had crashed into his building.

Another vehicle was also involved in the crash but it’s owner/driver was nowhere to be found and the car was completely destroyed.  London Police have not confirmed any details regarding the crash but it is expected damage caused will exceed $100’000 up to $600’000 depending on structural repairs.  Luckily no one was in the clinic at the time of the crash, Barr said, a no staff members nor animals were hurt.

It’s been a bad month for Barr and the North London Neighbourhood Pet Clinic, just two weeks ago, another vehicle in the parking lot also crashed into a side a wall, causing $30,000 in damages.

According to their Facebook page, appointments will be transferred to their Westmount Clinic to ensure pets receive their care.

Structural assessments need to be completed before the bus can be removed from the building.
