Just a head’s up that it is going to be nice and hot this long weekend in London so be sure to keep as hydrated as you possibly can!

Here is a quick round up of all the fun events happening in London.

1. Enjoy Canada Day festivities at Harris Park!

Canada Day is back in Harris Park, eh?! Join us from 11am – 11pm as we celebrate Canada’s 151st birthday with treat vendors, live entertainment, beer gardens, a zone for the kids and a BIG firework celebration at 10pm! PLUS look for JACK 102.3’s tent on site in Harris Park for your chance to WIN a pair of tickets to JUNOfest and JUNO Cup.

Admission is FREE and all ages are welcomed! Licensed Beer Gardens 19+ after 8pm.

2. Splash into the long weekend at East Park London!

What better way to kick off the long weekend than spending the DAY at East Park London, am I right?! They have so much to do and you can do it ALL for one low price. Starting Friday and running all weekend long you can SAVE BIG – East Park’s “Summer Extreme Day Passes” are DISCOUNTED all weekend thanks to your friends at JACK 102.3 !!

3. See fireworks a day early!!!

Since it is the Canada Day long weekend, why not start the party early here in London? Well your in luck! This Saturday Summerside Celebrates Canada‘s birthday in Meadowgate Park with an evening full of activities (including four inflatable bouncers) and a fireworks display to finish off the night.

 

4. Continue the Canada Day festivities at White Oaks Park!

In White Oaks Park there will be a plethora of activities from 2pm – 10pm featuring FREE blow up rides, a kids zone, a movie, live bands, food vendors and an Amazing fireworks display at 10pm!! For more info click here.

5. Spend a day in 1880!

Spend a day in 1880 and celebrate Dominion Day (now Canada Day) the old fashioned way on Sunday, July 1st, 2018!  Horse-drawn wagon rides and music by the Schotts, patriotic speeches and flag raising by the Royal Scots, bring the past to life at Fanshawe Pioneer Village.  Join us for cake and lemonade, bubble blowing, fair games, and more!

Cost – General Admission:

  • $9.00 per Adult- tax included
  • $7.00 per Child ages 4-16 -tax included
  • Free for children age 3 and under
