Paramount Network announced earlier this week that alongside Network Entertainment, they will be releasing a brand new documentary called ‘I Am Paul Walker’.

According to a press release that was issued by the network, the documentary will focus on Paul’s life and tragic death, will include interviews from Paul’s friends and cast members from the Fast & Furious franchise and it’ll take a closer look on Paul’s philanthropic endeavours and will showcase his work in Haiti.  The film, which is created by Derik Murray, will be directed by Adrian Buitenhuis with Jaimee Kosanke and Jon Slusser as executive producers.

According to Entertainment Tonight, “A new documentary about late actor Paul Walker promises to showcase a side of Paul few knew.”

On November 30, 2013, Paul and his friend, Roger Rodas, were riding a Porsche Carrera GT around Santa Clarita, California and unfortunately, the car crashed and exploded.  Paul, who was only 40-years old and Roger were both pronounced dead at the scene.

In November of 2016, castmate and friend Vin Diesel spoke to ET about losing Paul, “The last three years have been some of the hardest of my life because of losing my brother like that.”
