Here are a couple of goals to choose from, that’ll help get you started:

  • Resolution 1: Go to more concerts, dance around the living room, belt out your favourite jam. Turns out, it’s scientifically good for you! According to a new study, engaging with music by dancing or attending musical events is associated with higher subjective well-being. Sweet!

  • Resolution 2: Go outside. It’s scientifically proven that connecting with nature is good for your overall health and happiness. Being outside helps decrease stress, boost vitamin D, helps concentration, helps us age gracefully, increases brain function…. do you need me to go on? Go outside; it’s good for you!

  • Resolution 3: You drink that coffee. Have that glass of red wine. Eat that piece of dark chocolate. Everything in moderation (of course), but the resolution is to get more antioxidants, which has been linked to many health benefits… I think we can manage this one!
