Winter can be wicked cold, dark, and snowy – all very true.

BUT, if you look, it can also be fascinating, magical and…still snowy.

Here are some sights and experiences that can only occur in winter that are truly amazing!

Take these frozen soap bubbles, captured by B.C. resident Dawn Bryant. When it’s -25 or colder, soap can freeze before it pops.
