Practice Runs with Amanda from Promotions

Women Run London is happening Sunday September 25 at the Western Fair District as part of the Run The District Running Series in support of London Abused Women’s Centre.

Let girl power take over as you race through the Western Fair District and out onto the street of downtown London – just make sure you slow down for the Fire Fighter Water Station!

First timers or long time runners.. this event is for you. 3K or 10K available. Open to all ages and abilities. Walkers are welcome.

Every Wednesday morning starting August 24, Amanda from Promotion will be going for a practice run to prep for the big event.  If you’re a novice “runner” and you’ve always had a goal of running, you are more than welcome to join Amanda as she gets ready to tackle Women Run London.

Meeting location: 1 Communications Road, London, Ontario ** Lots of free parking
Time: 7:30am – 8:15am
Bring your own water

We’re no experts, and we’re definitely not personal trainers, but we pack a great attitude, and we’d love for you to join us!

Practice runs are FREE.
