Chris Martin Performs Prince Tribute With 8th Graders

More Prince musical tributes are coming in. This particular performance showcased this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner lead singer, Chris Martin of Coldplay.

The performance was in benefit of “Chords 2 Cure” in Santa Monica on Sunday. The charity supports research for pediatric cancer. At the end of his three-song set he launched into Prince’s ‘Raspberry Beret’. Martin had a little help from A-Side, a band of school kids.
