Mother's Day Walk at Gibbons Park

Some of London’s finest brought their families to Gibbons Park on Mother’s Day in support of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada, and together raised over $1,000,000!!! That is a LOT of zeros – and even more heroes! The weather was nice, and Gibbons park was filled with a sea of Pink. All those who came out for the walk were full of life, fueling all of their energy in hopes of helping the health care system finally find a cure to breast cancer.

There’s nothing quite like being a part of a group of people who want to advocate change, and are making a difference in our community one step at a time. Breast Cancer affects so many people, and the strength and support these families showed on Sunday was simply beautiful.
